  • Contact Information: Email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies when you visit our website.

B. Special Categories of Data (Sensitive Health Data)

To provide „Personalized Health Management” and „Holistic Travel Support,” we may collect:

  • Health Information: Medical history, physical conditions, injuries, or dietary requirements.
  • Psychological Information: Mental well-being status, stress levels, and specific goals for your journey.

Important: We do not provide medical or psychiatric diagnoses. Any health-related information is used solely for travel and wellness planning purposes.

Important: We strictly process this sensitive data only based on your Explicit Consent. You will be asked to consent when you begin your consultation or onboarding process.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

  1. Service Delivery: To design your itinerary, consult on health goals, and manage the logistics of your trip.
  2. Booking Facilitation: To reserve flights, accommodation, and wellness services on your behalf.
  3. Communication: To send you travel plans, invoices, and support updates.
  4. Legal Compliance: To comply with Danish tax laws and travel regulations.

5. Sharing Your Data

We pride ourselves on being independent, meaning we have no pre-arranged partnerships. However, to execute your journey, we must share specific data with third-party providers:

  • Travel Providers: Airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
  • Health & Wellness Providers: External advisors (such as our Psychological Advisor) or local wellness venues, strictly necessary for your program.

We only share the minimum data required to secure your booking. If we transfer data outside the EU/EEA (e.g., for a trip to Asia), we ensure that only data mandatory for bookings is shared.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.

6. Data Security

We employ strong organizational and technical measures to protect your data. Since we handle health data, access is strictly limited to personnel directly involved in designing your journey (such as your Travel Design Specialist).

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal requirements (e.g., Danish bookkeeping laws require us to keep financial records for 5 years), otherwise

Health data: until your Case design is ready and approved by you. After approval, health data and consultation notes are securely deleted unless further retention is required by law or explicitly requested by you.

Consultation notes: until your Case design is ready and approved by you. After approval, health data and consultation notes are securely deleted unless further retention is required by law or explicitly requested by you.
